We've taken the traditional Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) model and made it more family friendly. You still get to enjoy the very best of fresh, local, organic fruits & vegetables but on your own terms. Sign up for a box every week, every other week, every three weeks or every month. Put your subscription on hold or cancel any time. You can even change your delivery/pickup options.

What's in a Harvest Box?

A Harvest box contains a selection of fresh fruits & vegetables grown at our farm and by local farmers we know. Box contents will vary seasonally but you can expect to receive things like:

Family Size Box Examples (regular size is half):

Mid-Summer: 1lb beans, 8 ears corn, 2 cucumbers, 1 fennel, 1 garlic, 1 bunch cilantro, 2 heads romaine lettuce, 3 walla walla onions, 1 sweet pepper, 2 hot peppers, 1 pint cherry tomatoes, 2 roma tomatoes, 2 beefsteak tomatoes, 2 heirloom tomatoes, 1 watermelon
Early Fall: 5lb apples, 1 large celariac, 6 garlic, 1 herb bunch (sage/rosemary/thume), 1 bunch lemongrass, 1 bunch kale, 1 head lettuce, 4 yellow onions, 2 red onions, 6 sweet peppers, 2 hot peppers, 1 cinderella pumpkin, 1 butternut squash, 5lb sweet potatoes

Everything is either certified organic or grown to organic standards. By working together, we're able to provide a greater, more reliable selection than we could on our own. Choose from Regular and Family size which is twice the size of a regular box. Your box value will be a minimum of $35 for the Regular box and $70 for the Family Size. You can even add pasture-raised eggs.

Harvest Box Season

When you sign up, you will be charged for one box to reserve your subscription. The Harvest Box season will start in late May/early June. We will notify you before the first boxes go out.

Pickup/Delivery Options

At checkout, you will be asked to select from our current pickup/delivery options. We will be removing some of these options (the winter farmers markets) adding new ones (the summer farmers markets) before the start of the harvest box season. Once we have our final pickup locations squared away, you will be able to choose the location that works best for you and can even change pickup locations at any time or select delivery any time. If we don't end up having an option that works for you, you can cancel your subscription and get a full refund.

  • Thursday: Yaletown Farmers Market - pending
  • Friday - Free Delivery to Vancouver, New West, Burnaby, North Shore - confirmed
  • Friday: The Urban Digs Beasty Shop - 9247 Shaughnessy Street, SW Vancouver - confirmed
  • Friday - Sunday: Urban Digs Farm - 4992 Byrne Road, South Burnaby - confirmed
  • Saturday: West End Farmers Market, Vancouver West End - pending
  • Sunday: Ambleside Farmers Market, West Vancouver - pending
  • more options may be added in the next few months.
