Made with bison from Turtle Valley Ranch and pork fat from our pastured heritage pork these burgers are incredibly juicy & delicious. The sweet, nutty flavour of the bison stands alone with only salt and pepper for seasoning. Burgers are 3oz each when cooked.

Bison is a highly nutrient dense food because of the proportion of protein, fat, mineral, and fatty acids to its caloric value. It costs a little more than beef but nutritionally you are getting more protein and nutrients with fewer calories and less fat which makes it an excellent value. Comparisons to other meat sources have also shown that Bison has a greater concentration of iron as well as essential fatty acids. Our bison comes from Turtle Valley Bison Ranch in Chase, BC and is raised in a manner that respects the animal's unique physiological & emotional needs.
