Our beef is 100% grass fed and aged at least 30 days. This round of Beef Beasty Boxes contains Jersey beef which has a deep, rich flavour and stunning yellow marbling.

• 3/4" New York Steaks x2
• Small Tenderloin Steaks x4
• 4 Grilling Steaks (sirloin, flank, bavette, tri-tip or skirt)
• 2lb Ground Beef
• 4 pack Sweet Italian Beef Sausage x2
• 1 roast
• 1-2 shanks
• 2 packages pastrami

All cuts are vacuum sealed and frozen immediately for maximum freshness. Steaks are packaged 2 per package. Ground is packed in 1lb packages. Amounts and weights may vary slightly.
