We have partnered with our friends at Re-up BBQ to offer this "nose to tail" butchery box. We'll be sourcing locally produced meat from small scale farms that practice sustainable farming methods. Animals will be naturally and ethically raised without antibiotics or hormones in their feed. A typical Beasty Box will contain two servings of:

• prime cut/raw meat
• cured meat or sausages
• prepared item like soup, stew, stock or pie.  

Over the duration of the subscription, members will receive a variety of meats including beef, pork, lamb, chicken and duck.  Fish is also available as an option (if you choose the fish option, you will receive some local, Oceanwise fish from Wild West Coast Seafoods once or twice). Expect a delicious mix of prime cuts, roasts, deli meats, sausages, seasoned hamburgers, meatballs, pates and terrines. There will also be stock, meat sauce, pie, stew and some surprises too. You won't receive any boring old stewing or ground meat. All non-prime cuts will be transformed into something special!
