2012 Urban Digs C.S.A. Member Agreement
We are sold out but our sister farm, Yummy Yards still has a few shares available. We're growing and running the CSA together so you'll get the same box, same delivery & pickup options... only Emi, will be your personal farmer :)
By filling out this form I commit to membership in the Urban Digs Farm CSA for the 2011 season. I acknowledge that there are no refunds for CSA once paid, but that I may sell my share to a friend or someone else on the waiting list.
As a member, I commit to supporting the farm through timely payments, timely and clear communications with the farmer, and timely and gustatory enjoyment of the fresh produce received in the CSA. I understand that any week I don’t want my share delivered, I must make alternate arrangements to have it delivered to another address at least 48 hours before my delivery date or have my share suspended and a $20 credit applied to my account next year. I commit to putting last week's bin, re-usable packaging, ice pack and any other equipment that came with last week's share, out for pickup in time for my weekly delivery.
CSA members join with their farmer in both the risks of farming (crop failure, poor weather, bad traffic) and its benefits (a bountiful harvest season, cooking recommendations, direct relationship with the farmer, and the ability to come visit the farm). I understand that my share will vary from week to week, generally consisting of 4-10 different seasonal vegetables, and that there is no guarantee of the exact amount or contents of my share. The shares will vary in weight, size, and vegetables throughout the season.
